This early part of the endurance training season programming is intentionally low in volume. Remember, the goal right now is to develop technique, and intensity. Approach each drill accordingly.



The classic CrossFit triplet of running, kettlebell swings, and pull-ups… the Sox are on the road Thursday (hence the running), so street parking will be somewhat more accessible

Wear a T-shirt, or long sleeve T Wednesday, the stones can be rough on forearms and shoulders… The Sox are home for a getaway game Wednesday afternoon, so parking will be tricky in the afternoon and evening
