CFF Worldwide: Caitlin and Cynthia in North Conway


Barefoot pistols! On the rocks!

Just a short drive from Boston, I know North Conway, New Hampshire is one of my favorite places to spend a weekend.  Regardless of the season, there’s plenty of outdoor activities to put your fitness to use.  This past weekend Caitlin and Cynthia did exactly that.  From Caitlin:

…it was fun using our muscles to hop over and climb up these rocks, go horseback riding, and hike this weekend. Functional fitness = better vacations!

    WOD: 25-30 Rx .. I thought it was 30 but I think I may have skipped the round of 5. Whoops!

    OHS – 195# I felt like I good have gone heavier… which would have been a pr
    wod – what are adding up snatches? let me get my calculator I finished the round of 7 snatches and was midway through the dubs. I kept hitting shit with my rope during the dubs.

    Overhead Squat: 100# (made one then failed at 105#)
    WOD: 21 (round of 6) @ 75#. Still working on the doubles.

    wod: 26 Rx. my jump rope fell apart as i was starting the 6th round :( thanks maralene for grabbing me a back up!

      Sam’s Oly Class with Tim. We did the Bernie, learned about Kevin Smith’s new movie “Tusks” (none of us will go see it), and we fixed some of the ugliness out of our lifts.
