1st Half Week
- 4 x 400m, hold efforts within 3 second range, 1:30 rest
- 8 x 200m, hold efforts within 3 second range, 1:00 rest
(Reduce rest to 1:00 after first 200m interval)

2nd Half Week

    the 200s were brutal! This was a great workout though.
    400s: 1:35, 1:31, 1:29, 1:31
    200s: 40, 44, 49, 46, 48, 49, 43, 52 (so failed on these!)

    60:00 TT: 8.34 Miles (4.28 in 30:00)

    30 TT… 3.80 miles…. eh. last .8 were the fastest. could have pushed harder.
