Fight Gone Bad
In this workout you move through five stations for one minute each for three rounds. A one minute break is allowed between rounds. The stations are:

1. Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
2. Sumo Deadlift High-pull (75#/55#)
3. Box Jumps, 20″
4. Push Press (75#/55#)
5. Calorie Row

The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” you must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.

    Was an honor to workout with my son Seamus 25 days (and a butt day) before he reports to West Point.
    I got 309 RX. He was 251 on his first time out. Thanks to Sam and Maralene and the 9 class for making
    him feel welcome…

    I feel like I’ve done this at least a half dozen times.
    Previous PR = 353 reps
    Today = 358 reps. New PR! Sweet.
    Rd 1: 146, Rd 2: 112, Rd 3: 100

    6/6/14 = 265 Rx. Huge PR today. Thanks to Sam for encouragement to stay on the bar.

    was hoping to do 55#, but it just felt like too much during the warm-up- maybe next time!
