Retest

I usually prefer to wait a little longer before repeating a workout, but Thursday’s conditioning workout was programmed as we began last month’s bodyweight warmups, so we’re using it as a benchmark.  Do you have toes-to-bar now?  Do you have more, bigger sets of toes-to-bar now?  How did all the work on the hollow position and bracing improve all of your movements?  If you got 4 rounds last time, and just have time to get 4 + 12 hang power cleans this time, that’s a 10% improvement in less than a month!  Not to mention if you can handle more weight or a taller box.  Let’s see how your fitness has progressed over the past month.5.14.14_CFF_2

    Max Box Jump – 43.5″ (3.5″ shy of my PR)

    2 + 20 with 20″ box and 55lb
    Wobbly and slow but no back pain and I’m jumping again. Nice job 4.
