Sam, Joe and I recently tried a task priority (rounds for time) version of Tuesday’s conditioning workout. We did 5 rounds between 10 and 12 minutes. Doing it as a time priority (AMRAP) WOD will hopefully allow a little more weight to be carried, and a more difficult scale on the bodyweight movements.
