Get a Grip

JM_CrossFit_20120711_2880-LSam, Joe and I recently tried a task priority (rounds for time) version of Tuesday’s conditioning workout. We did 5 rounds between 10 and 12 minutes. Doing it as a time priority (AMRAP) WOD will hopefully allow a little more weight to be carried, and a more difficult scale on the bodyweight movements.

        sorry about that dude. also learned today the best way for me to do HSPUs is to get on my head and push up rather than try to get up into a handstand with the jet pack as I have a tendency to fall over and endanger anyone nearby…

    WOD: 3+ 50m using blue & green jet pack. Those 24kg kb were heavy!

    WOD: 3+50m w/ 55# dumbbells until I was far enough behind to “borrow” 24kg KBs. :-)

    WOD: 3+2…. 75#DB (though Rx+ weight, the handles are thin enough that I can hook grip…. so kind of a cheat), HSPU with blue band, and green band for the shoulders, and one legless rope climb in round 2. fun workout.

    Shoulders and grip were smoked. Fun and packed 5:30 am class. Awesome work.
