10:52 at 105#: Felt like hell before, during, and after this workout. Must be the candy I ate for lunch and the four hours of sleep I got last night. Today was a great reminder for how important food, sleep, and water is to my body.

    RIP Sgt Davis

Thanks for the morning push from Coach Sam to do this Rx. This one is such a mental battle and as Chris most accurately said at the end it feels like you were in a bar fight and lost.

    In your honor, SSgt. Davis.
