    195# for 5.5 reps
    18:11 RX weight in carry but ring dips were less than legit.
    Good work 5:30!

    BP – 215# – could of finished a bit heavier
    WOD – 14:48 Rx w/32kg kettlebells – forearm burner!

    bench press: 75#
    wod: 16:50 – red band for pullups, Rx weight for farmer’s carries and parallette push-ups w/a box instead of ring dips. i’m super happy that my hands didn’t explode :)

    wod: 19:59 (hey at-least I finished!)
    Ring Rows for pullups,
    30lbs each for farmer’s carries
    Bar push-ups for ring dips

    My arms are going to fall off tomorrow. Its the only logical next step here.

    WOD = 16:34 w/ red & purple band pull ups, 60# farmers carry, hand release push ups

    Opted out of strength cuz I still feel crushed from yesterday.
    WOD: 13:53 RX – last set of pull-ups was like running into a brick wall.
