We’re coming to the end of a month of Olympic Weightlifting technique warm ups, so it’s time to take those skills for a test drive Thursday (and Friday too! Hint!). Instead of doing front squat doubles like usual, you’re going to pull your bar from the floor. This will limit the amount of weight ultimately squatted, but it’s an interesting twist, and good practice. Earn your squats with any style of clean (so it could actually be a triple!), just make it pretty.
