    3 Rounds: 50 pistols, 7 MUs (sub 2 pullups and 2 ring dips for each MU), 10 hang power cleans 135/115# (95# for me)

    WHERE WERE ALL MY SHORT PEOPLE AT THIS MORNING?!?! i was the shortest person in class by 9 inches! you all left me out to dry.

      Sorry Cal!!! I overslept / convinced myself my shoulders were too smoked from last night to get out of bed. But you totally inspired me at noon!

      Big Beef: 29:31 with 10#…this one almost got the better of me, but glad I kept a decent rowing pace.

      P.S. I went to the doctor this week and was told I am in fact not 5’3″ even if I stand really straight … But I’ll probably keep lying about that!
