Overdone, over, and done

Just got back from a long day at the Reebok Fitness Festival.  I ran the Spartan Race and competed with Mandy, Olivia, and Kyle in the Reebok CrossFit One Spring Cup.  Thanks to the team for being cool with me giving all that a try, and generally being awesome.  It was a big, fun day, but now I need a shower and sleep.  See you all in the morning.

Wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but I’m glad it wasn’t the full Badger. Great job 5:30am!

HBBS: 125#. I’m trying to find a weight that is heavy enough for me to put in work but not heavy enough to make my back hurt. 125# isn’t it (too much).

WOD: 9:17 Rx. It took me 600m to warm up on that run. Mighty unfortunate for me. I’m also glad this was only 1 round. I have a very, very, very passionate dislike for the full thing.

Great work, 5:30. And great work competitive exercisers! Any feedback on how the sesh went yesterday with Holley?

Felt pretty good about my HBBS at #145, but the rest was not pretty:
