Weekend Schedule Updates:
Please note there will be no coach present for the CFF Endurance Meet Up at 9 AM this Saturday, April 26th, so the box won’t be open, but you’re certainly encouraged to meet up and run.  Please e-mail Eric with any questions about the workout.

Please also note there will be no open gym this Sunday, April 27th.  We’re very excited to host an Olympic Weightlifting clinic with USA Weightlifting and 2012 Olympic Team member Holley Mangold that day from 9 AM to 1 PM.  Space is limited, so please contact us ASAP to reserve your spot.

    145# finally realized you shrug on the clean. 7:22 with 50#. Not quite RX (23%).

    HHC: 75#.

    WOD: 9:24 with 25# dumbbells. I SUCK SO BAD AT ROWING. However, the dumbbell stuff went a lot better than I was anticipating, so I was pleased with that.

    Great work, 5:30.

    And I forgot to say it yesterday, but CONGRATULATIONS to all you marathon runners. You’re all amazing!

    High hang clean with hips + push jerk 3+1 4 sets
    55#, 70#, 90#, 115#

    Behind the neck snatch grip push press x 3 reps x 4 sets

    WOD: 5 min even 30# dumbbell

    wod: 10:06 @ 65# next time i’m doing 60. that sucked.

    WOD: 9:00rx @ 35#. Holy shit that was a tough one for me. Had to break up the set of 20 and the set of 15. Ouch.
