Totally Paleo Saturday

Remember we’ve got a couple of events tomorrow at CFF.  The CrossFit Total tomorrow at 10 AM, and the Paleo Potluck tomorrow at 6 PM.  Feel free to use the comments here to post your total, or what you’re brining to the potluck.  Lift heavy in the morning, and come hungry in the evening!

    I was absolutely wiped by the time we got the dead lifts. After this I ate my whole plate of eggs, potatoes and toast at Thortons, walked home and then slept for three hours.
