    Power Clean + 4 FR lunges: 100#

    WOD: 9:35 (with 85# PC, red and purple band, strict pull ups)
    Great Job 6 am!

    PC + lunges= 75 # (3 sets at that weight)
    Wod: 8:39 @ 65# and red band pull-ups
    Nursing a back ache still…sad how much you lose with a month away from the box!
    But very happy to be back! Great to see CF friends again!

    OLY was awesome this morning with two complexes:

    Power Clean/Hang Clean/Clean/Front Squat – 135#, 155# wasn’t moving today, probs because that is my max and I meant to go up in 5-10 pounds, not 20.

    Push Press/Push Jerk/Split Jerk – 125#
    could of kept going, but ran out of time, shoulder is feeling much more mobile! Congrats to Mandy for a PR! It was awesome!

    WOD after that was a mess! Power Cleans felt heavy. At one point, I thought my weight was uneven. Did a bunch of push ups, switched to ring rows. 11:22, just some sweating and unfortunately, no jumping jacks or cartwheels.

    Enjoyed the sled warm up (kinda)
    147# clean lunges. Failed at 155# twice.

    10:08 with 115# and regular pull ups (no bands).

    Enjoy the big easy joe!

    WOD = 9:12 w/ 115# and red & blue bands
