Clean Cooking Classes

You work hard in the gym, but to maximize your workout, it’s important to eat for performance too.  All of your coaches encourage you to ask us for guidance on cleaning up your nutrition if you need a hand.  We’re happy to sit down and help you formulate a plan.  There are also a couple of cooking classes coming up at the Boston Center for Adult Education being taught by our own Grace Brinton.  “A Cabin Fever Feast” on January 15th and “Eating Clean: Tricks to Keep You on Track” on February 12th can give you some inspiration in the kitchen (I hear that’s where abs are made), and get you going in a good, clean eating direction.  Give the machine that is your body the best fuel possible to crush your 2014 goals!

So that’s a big PR, I’m pretty happy with it! Unbroken everything and rebounding box jumps made a big difference.

Another small 5:30. Great work James and Sam!

Didn’t think I was going to make it through that last set of box jumps. Also, felt all of the amazingly bad for me food consumed over the past week during this WOD, so this post regarding clean cooking is welcomed. Great work Cal and Sam!

    press x5 130# … we did this almost exactly one year ago… 12/11/12 = 110#

    3/2/13 = 10:11 @ 175#
    8/21/13 = 10:43 @ 225# Rx
12/27/13 = 11:11 @ 235# Rx Was feeling pretty gassed by the deadlifts. got em all unbroken, but was dying on the box in rnd 2 & 3.

Going in the wrong direction here! hahah.
Cal, without you flying up on those box jumps I would have been around 11:30
    awesome job 5:30

    Still WODing from afar.

Christine: 11:38 Rx. Wasn’t rebounding as consistently as I know I can. DL unbroken and row was solid on pacing.
