Care Pack Invasion Reminder

10.27.13_CFF_25There were a couple of requests to repost this info, so if you’re attending the invasion session this Saturday, there’s no preregistration required as long as you bring one of the following items to contribute to the care package.

  • Packaged, non-perishable food (candy, peanuts, etc.)
  • Towels
  • Hygiene products
  • CD’s or DVD’s
  • Books or magazines
  • Black Socks (for boots)
  • Phone cards

This care pack is being put together to show CrossFit Fenway’s support and appreciation for our servicemen.  I’m personally leaning towards M&M’s (melts in your mouth, not in your hands!) and deodorant (who can’t use a back up?).

Also, this Saturday is CFF’s 4th anniversary!  Join us for adult beverages and good times at Game On! to celebrate 4 years of awesome community and exercise, as well as the holiday season.  We’ve got space reserved in the lower level of the bar from 7 PM on.

    Working on keeping pull-ups strict so slowed them down. Nice job 6am!

    HBBS: 210#. Turned my 1RM (and some) into my 3RM today.

    WOD: 10+5rx. Had a mental battle with Shane’s number today. Thanks for the push Shane!

    6 plus 8 WOD focussed on getting the presses at 95 unbroken. 15 minutes was a long time.
