Care Pack Creation Invasion

On Saturday, December 14th, with Garo’s help, CrossFit Fenway is hosting an invasion WOD to put together care packages for 1SG Russ Watts, 2LT Michael Polanski, and 1LT Russell Cotter. All three are deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. We’d like to send a care package on behalf of CFF to show support and appreciation for their service. If you’re donating to the care package, no preregistration is required, and the Saturday session can be an extra one for you that week. If you’re unsure what to bring, here are some suggestions:JM_CrossFit_20121016_8268-L

  • Packaged, non-perishable food (candy, peanuts, etc.)
  • Towels
  • Hygiene products
  • CD’s or DVD’s
  • Books or magazines
  • Black Socks (for boots)
  • Phone cards

Hoping for a great turnout, and to see many of you there in a couple weeks!

    wod: 4:55rx. Grace with a “break” for CTB pull ups. I like it.

    It was nice to be amongst the hustle and bustle of CFF this morning! Nice work everyone!

    Body actually felt really well rested after some days off. Good to have that every now and then. Way to get after it 5:30am!

    Inspiring work Olivia. Shane glad you got done so fast so you could supervise my workout and poor technique. Maralene I swear I was trying to use my legs but my head wasn’t connected to my body.
