As evidenced by all the RXs and some big PRs during White last Friday (shout outs to Jess B. on her near 15:00 PR, and Sean O. for his PR with a higher degree of difficulty and faster time), you all have made some serious strides in your rope climbing ability, not to mention your general fitness. Well, we’re testing your ability to get up a rope again Monday. It’s a much shorter WOD that includes the same number of ascents, but they’re paired with another challenging movement, heavy overhead squats. Choose a weight you can snatch up (pre-WOD practice built-in), squat it, grab the rope, get up, get down, and get right back to the bar.
