September’s a time to get back to work. Summer, beach days, kicking back and relaxing with an adult beverage in hand are all in the rear view. The folks listed below took it to heart, and did work in September.
- Abby finished the Big Bad Wolf in under an hour
- Caitlin RX’d a pair of workouts, and used kipping pull-ups in a WOD
- Cynthia’s still chipping away at doing all the girls as prescribed, and checked Cindy off her list
- Dan S. shouldered the 145# stone
- Erika visited us a couple times, and placed on the podium at the Beantown Throwdown
- Sophie scaled up her wall ball shots
