Thanks to those of you that have taken our survey so far (if you haven’t yet, it’s available here, and we’d appreciate your input). With your feedback in mind, we’d like to start doing a bit of reorganization around the box, but first, we need to clear some space. Please claim any water bottles, journals, articles of clothing, or anything else in the cubby/lost and found area that belongs to you by this Thursday, August 15th. At that point we’re going to donate, recycle, or otherwise get rid of whatever’s left. If you can’t make it in this week, but have some stuff you’d like saved, please e-mail me. We’re looking forward to some improvements to make your CrossFit Fenway experience even better!

I’m very excited to announce the 2013 Beantown Throwdown! This year’s event will be held on Sunday, September 29th. It will be an RX only competition for teams of 2 men, and 1 woman. Loading will be classic CrossFit, and competence in gymnastics/bodyweight movements is recommended. Entry is $150 per team. CrossFit Fenway and CrossFit Somerville are joining forces to compete for “fittest box” in this year’s Spartan Sprint at Fenway Park! We’ll have a morning heat (9am – noon) on Saturday, November 16.
