    BP – 110kg
    DBR – 70#
    WOD – 3+9 Rx – my double unders are gone and I can’t find them…very frustrating!

    BP – 110kg (120×1 a new PR!)

    WOD – 3 + 200m Rx. Tore my ring finger on both hands today…bummer. But overall I am happy with how I am bouncing back into things.

    BP – 60kg and 65 x 1, a new PR – that’s what’s up in the Greiner-Warren house of strength!

    DBR – 35# – should have gone a little heavier

    WOD – 300m Row + 15 ab mat situps w/35# db on my chest – 3 rounds + 132m
