Okay guys, we are a little over a week in to The Paleo Challenge! Hopefully you have been pretty good about recording your points, staying on track, and you’re starting to see some natural energy shining through the hazy side effects that come with this lifestyle change. I wanted to get you all together again a week before testing the workouts on February 23rd at noon to have a Paleo Potluck! After invasion at 11, we want you to make your best Paleo dish that can be a dessert, entree, snack, or breakfast even (I’d probs eat it) and bring it to CFF. From 12 – 2, we can hang out, share recipes, eat, and get to catch up on everyone’s progress before wrapping up the challenge. Even if you are not doing the challenge, come anyway to hang out and see that there are delicious dishes out there that are pretty good alternatives to a food coma.
