		<description><![CDATA[Pull-ups:  One newer red band

WOD:  10:58 w/ 25kg and 2 ab mats.  I am still in between scaling on the HSPUs.  One ab mat is not enough and 2 is too many.  I am so sore I can barely move this morning though.. wow!
I did, however, RX the pink spandex and thong leotard.]]></description>

WOD: 17:37 Rx.
I knew the jerks and burpees would impact my HSPU&#039;s, but that was worth than I thought. In hindsight I should have scaled to at least 1 abmat. Lots of missed reps on the HSPU&#039;s and even a couple on the jerks (which sucks!)
Thanks to the 11:30 and even the 12:30 class for cheering me on during that last set. Sorry I took so long.
Also, a shout out to big Mike for doing this WOD in costume.]]></description>
