Fight Gone Bad
In this workout you move through five stations for one minute each for three rounds. A one minute break is allowed between rounds. The stations are:
1. Wall Ball Shots (20#/14#)
2. Sumo Deadlift High-pull (75#/55#)
3. Box Jumps, 20″
4. Push Press (75#/55#)
5. Calorie Row
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” you must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.

Slightly less than last time (320 Rx), but last time push press was out of a rack. Was hoping to get over 350 this time, but faded in rounds 2 and 3. Great job 6am!

I’ve only done one round of this before so the whole thing was an interesting experience. First round was my best round, but stayed relatively consistent for the other two.
Great work, class!
203 w/ 8# med ball and 55# for the sumo and push press. Reeking of chili the entire time.
FGB – 326 Rx – slight improvement over last time (5 reps) – blew up on the 3rd round!

FGB – 283 Rx an improvement from 269 Rx(ish. last box didn’t like programming sdhp, so we did 55# kettle bell swings).
FGB: 203 w/12 lb med ball and 20kg bar

Not psyched about the backwards progress, and not sure why it happened. Things just felt really tough this morning. Can’t wait to attack this one again.
294 rx. my legs were pretty smoked coming into this and the box jumps were straight up pathetic (I think I had more push press then box jumps in every round). first time w/ fgb.
