SJ: 52 kg

WOD: 15:20 with 35kg and 5 out of 15 rope climbs. This is my least favorite scale, but I know my abilities well enough to know that I would be wrecked halfway through if I attempted all of them. Another goal to work on, get better at rope climbs!

SJ - 35kg
WOD - 15:56 @ 29kg and 10/15 rope climbs (pulls from ground for rest, 2:1)

So I learned the tall sock thing is really important. Burned almost entire lateral shin. But I'm super excited about the rope climb improvement (last WOD with them was my first). Next time, I'll go full reps!
