WOD: 2 rounds even @ 60kg

In the first round I had a PR of 50 consecutive DUs (over my previous record of 42). Didn&#039;t know if I should keep going for a new record, or stop and move onto the bar facing burpees. I stopped at 50, but it left me gassed for the burpees. Tough one, right there.]]></description>

Also, I ran my first 1/2 marathon sunday with a time of 1:58 which was a shocker, I had expected to be somewhere around 2:15.  Huge thanks to Claire who I ran into around mile 7 and kept me on pace the rest of the way when I probably would have dialed it back if I was on my own!]]></description>

Split jerk - 35kg - not great

WOD with 25sit ups for D/U, burpees were more one legged hops over the bar rather than jumps, 27kg front squat.

Need to get my calf sorted as it is getting very irritating now. Probably should have gone a bit heavier with the front squat.

But - I did get my first kipping pull up! Thats one of octobers goals done.]]></description>
