Just in time for fall we’ve got out first ever long sleeve t-shirt. Featuring an all black version of our “competition” logo and classic slogan, as the weather gets cooler, this will quickly become your favorite pre-WOD warmup shirt.
Like Ricky Bobby, I wanna go fast! If you share this sentiment, our CrossFit Fenway technical t-shirts and tank tops are for you. Printed on Reebok CrossFit Agility Tees, they’re light and fast. We’ve got a few pieces of this limited run left, so get one before they’re gone!
Last, but certainly not least, are our new Green Monstah tees and tanks. This newest edition features a “touched-up” version of the classic CrossFit Fenway baseball diamond logo, and a very Fenway phrase on the back. Throw one on, and unleash your inner monstah on your next workout.

HBBS: 85kg Was not feeling strong today.
WOD: 12:49 Rx
Felt this weekend on this one. Definitely could have done without the KBS. Great job 6am!
HBBS – 130kg – definitely had more left
WOD – 11:15 Rx+ – HSPU’s to deficit on 20kg plates
Nice work 7AM
Psyched Joe’s scaling allowed me to work on progression to an actual HSPU: regular push-up + kick to handstand, 1:1. I think I failed almost as many reps as I got, but made it through the WOD. And 16kg kbs! 1 pood ;)
HBBS – 46kg
WOD – 17:00 w blue+red for pull-ups, 16kg kb, handstand work above.
HBBS: 155#, which was previously my 1RM. Woo!
WOD: 14:19 Rx. Holy cow, that was interesting. Those KB swings really could’ve been removed. Lots of opportunity to work on C2B today (October goal)!
HBBS: 57 kg
WOD: 17:32 HSPU w/2 abmats, 16 kg KB swings
1st HSPU (to 2 abmats) today! thanks for the encouragement Joe!
Awesome job, Jess! I saw you finishing that WOD, never would have guessed they were your first HSPU’s! Congrats!
Thanks! Keep up the 1:1 ratio work you are doing. I did that for a long time and it really helps!
HBBS: 125kg – 3 rep PR
WOD: 14:15 – with regular pull-ups and HSPUs to 2 abmats.
This is a good WOD to work on not resting between movements. Just going right from one into another. Not so sure I was super successful with that though.
HBBS: 58kg 3rep PB
WOD 12:59 red band pull up, 20kg KB, dumb bell should press – need to work on handstands – don’t think I’ve ever managed to do a hand stand let alone a HSPU. Would have liked to be able to scale to regular press up and hand stand to wall but wasn’t getting it. Something else to work on.
HBBS: 90kg
WOD: 10:40 (24kg KB and 2 abmats for HSPU)
Nice change of pace for the WOD!
HBBS: 110kg
Not very happy with this weight.
WOD: 11:01 Rx
HBBS: 57 kg
WOD: 16:56 with 2 abmats, 20 kg and blue bands.
hbbs: 105kg. first time I’ve been over the 100kg mark and thought, “I could have gone heavier”. a good feeling.
wod: 13:35 rx. a little rougher than I expected, but I really enjoyed this one.
HBBS – 160kg Sam wanted 170, but we will save that for later. also, need to figure out why my LBBSx3 is only 1kg higher…
WOD – 13:06 Rx the decision to go rx on this one was tough, but ultimately a good one. 4 hspus per round is a very manageable number.
Mandy hates it when I forget to put my time up.
HBBS: 65, 70 for 2…more rest in between.
WOD: 12:54, rx kbs with some math confusion. 2 bands and 2 ab mats…
I’m going to get Sam a bucket of bacon and eggs for being so patient.
