		<description><![CDATA[Push press - 32kg - managed 4 at 33kg but could not get the 5th out. 
But as my previous 1 RM was 32kg and 3RM was 25kg there is some improvement there

Helen: 11:33 with 500m row and red band-  Slower than last time I did it which is very annoying, but I ran last time and used the purple band for the pull up. Hopefully will be able to get back to running next week.]]></description>
