“This one’s a marathon, not a sprint.” Sam

9 rounds even with super scaled weights and 20″BJs. Sam noted I only had a 2% failure/collision rate on the jumps.
I feel so good doing hero WODs. In your honor, Sgt Martin. Going into the weekend stoked.

Good luck in the race, CFF Endurance!

    Jack:
    10/8/10: 8 rds + 6 Rx
    7/22/11: 6 rds + 5 Rx
    10/5/12: 9 rds + 7 Rx

3rd time here. I think the heat from July ’11 killed my score. Happy with this output today. Next time I’m aiming for 10 rds +

Oh man, I needed this today! A long AMRAP after a month of weddings and eating junk food felt good!

    7 + 20 @ 25kg, 16kg, and 20″

Jack – 10+3 Rx Woke up with a major case of the don’t wannas…glad I fought through it and got to the gym. Finishing round 10 was pretty gnarly.

(reduced the weight due to a nagging shoulder)
    In your honor SSG Martin

Max box jump: 36″ – I am so into jumping up onto things now! Simple pleasures.

WOD: 10+11, 20k bar, 16k KB, 20″ box. Getting a ton of rounds was fun, but I look forward to doing this one again with more weight and less wrist and shoulder drama.

    Max box jump: 33″ yeah!!!

WOD: 7 – 25kg, 20kg KB, 20″ box. I was completely smoked before I even came in, so I’m amazed I even did that well :)

It was my last class at CFF – for now anyway. You can find me at CF Bridgewater from here on out. Sappy email likely to follow.

I miss you all already! :(
