New CFF Journals Available!

New CrossFit Fenway custom journals are now available.  In addition to the daily sections for recording your workouts, as well as handy tables in the back for benchmark lifts, Girls, Heroes, and other named workouts for you to track your progress and celebrate your PRs, they also include some CFF photos courtesy of the Saint Clairs!  These journals include lots of great information on mobility and nutrition too.  They’re a perfect travel companion for your gym bag, no matter if you’re headed to Fenway or taking your game on the road.  Just $20 for a logbook that will last you well over a year!
