... then there was the baseline. The tale of my baseline goes like this:

Baseline 7/10/10 (first CF workout ever) – 16:55 knee push-ups and green band pull-ups (most of which was spent lying on the floor, trying not to pass out or vomit all over myself)
Baseline 8/18/10 – 7:08 green and purple pull-ups
Baseline 5/9/12 – 5:36 Rx
Baseline 9/28/12 - 5:48 Rx - Was hoping for a sub-5:30. Felt stronger on the row this time, but really struggled with the push-ups and pull-ups. Next time!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[didn&#039;t do the front squat for obvious reasons. mainly bc of my knee though but I did go for Baseline today to try and ease into squatting again! Even with slow air squats from the knee managed to beat my old score of 5:24 by 20 seconds for a 5:04 time]]></description>
