Actually, I&#039;m convinced that Mandy lives at CFF, since every time I&#039;m there she is there, whether it is in the morning or afternoon. I wish I was there right now, because I desperately need to work on my pull ups so I can meet my September (which is probably going to also be my October) goal of an unassisted kipping pull up. But I digress, Congrats Mandy, you totally deserve it!]]></description>

PUs and Dips w/20# Weight Vest. Did 6 sets of 3 of each. Maybe should have gone heavier on the weight.

WOD: 12:54 Rx - Liked the pacing on my first run. Had enough in the tank for a 3:18 final 800m. Perhaps didn&#039;t push hard enough on the snatches, though.  Just because it&#039;s heavy doesn&#039;t mean I can&#039;t do it. Too much looking at the bar, and not enough moving the bar.]]></description>

And one of the best WOD&#039;s I&#039;ve ever done was partnering with you...#14 wall balls...turned into an RX addict and never looked back. There&#039;s so much more I could say here, but I may as well tell you all of this in person. 

Kitchen WOD: turkey meatballs, coconut encrusted chicken, green beans. 1 1/2 hour. Rest days are WEIRD.]]></description>
