    WOD: 20:53 RX

It was good to be back at Fenway this morning. This one was super tough on the grip. Box jumps and KBS were unbroken, but cleans were a different story. Great job 6:30am!

    In your honor, Sergeant Wittman.

WOD: 29:06 with 16KG kettlebell and 75# cleans. Tough to stay moving the whole time, but came in just under the cap.

I knew this would be a tough one for me. KB Swings and Power Cleans tend to do a number on my lower back. Having them both in the same WOD with such a high volume killed me. Two and half rounds in my back was already sore. Had to stretch hamstrings, groin, quads, and back during the WOD just to get through it.

Total grip killer here. Light KB swings turned into ‘oh no, i might lose my grip and throw this thing across the room’ and cleans weren’t much better. It’s only 105 reps of each movement…315 total. no biggie.

    hellllllllooo weekend!

My hardest WOD yet in these first 4 weeks of CFing. Awesome mental grind to get through it! And still loving the box jumps.
