On a related note, due to my moving to Andrew sq- tonight was my last wod as a member of fenway. I&#039;m jumping ship to southie, but only because it&#039;s really really close to my house, it kills me to think of leaving you all. I am going to try to go to the fundraiser on Saturday so hopefully I&#039;ll be able to say my proper good byes then!]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Was in Grand Rapids MI today for work and had to get my workout fix. I think I scared crap out of the two people in the hotel gym at 6:15am.

- 4 rounds
- 24 sit-ups
- 12 burpees
- 10 Squats @ #40 (cradling a 5 gallon water jug I found)

Visited another box today - CF Bridgewater.  Also really cool people, a really cool vibe, and I did a bazillion cleans.

WOD: &quot;Clean Complex&quot;
6 Sets:
3 cleans (3 positions*) + 1 push press
3 cleans (&quot;) + 1 push jerk
3 cleans (&quot;) + 1 split jerk

*High hang, knees, from floor
(Start with 50% 1rm)

My final round was 75# or ~34 kg - still having a little trouble getting pounds in my head.  I only put the bar down once in the last set and my 1rm is 40kg so I&#039;m pretty happy with that.
