		<description><![CDATA[Alright guys, answers! It is starting at 9 when regular invasion starts and depending on how many heats there are, will probably go for an hour (maybe a little over). This will really be like a regular workout and you can scale any way you want with your partner of the same scale or different. If you want to be competitive, you will be eiligible for so me prizes. If not, not biggie and it will still be a fun WOD for a great cause! You a may come as an individual and you do not have to have a partner as it is a good individual WOD as well. Just show up, give a little, and we will pair you up or scale you for an individual WOD! Any more questions, please email me!]]></description>

WOD: 7:23 w/ 22kg OHS - first time rope climbing!!

I&#039;d love to participate in this in some form this weekend! I&#039;m not 100% sure if I could do the RX division as my max front squats are just over 120# and I&#039;ve only strung together about 8 kipping pull-ups. But I&#039;d consider trying if anyone was willing or doing some form of scale. Or the social would be fine too, haha. Whatever! My email is cassandra.coleman22@gmail.com :)]]></description>
