		<description><![CDATA[FS: 45kg - wasn&#039;t feeling well today so kept it light, but my previous 4-rep max is 48 so I&#039;ll take that for an off day.

WOD: 13:14 - bear crawls are not a problem for me.  I think I was some sort of demented animal in a previous life - the things I do best are rope climbs and bear crawls o_O  Weird ... just ... weird.

Sam wouldn&#039;t let me hop around like Gollum though.  Probably for the best, cuz even though it was funny, it was a lot harder!]]></description>
