CF Fenway and Somerville,

Thanks for your support, comments, and spirit in tackling this tough workout. There is a good story behind this workout. About three months ago, I asked Eric to program a workout that would memorialize Mike and Adrian. Mike was and avid swimmer and Adrian was into Mixed Martial Arts (See Adrian in action here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PUe8XzAPGek , fast forward to 3:30 for the knock out punch). So, the pain you feel in your shoulders is for Mike and that nauseating feeling from the forward rolls simulates what a fighter would feel in an MMA Fight.

Thanks again to everybody who fought through this workout.

We got after this one today in somerville for invasion.

31:24 @65#. For me, this was all about the forward rolls - i'd have preferred more burpees to them. I finished about an hour and a half ago, and I'm still trying to recover from nausea.

It was an honour (Canadian spelling... I know) to do this workout (wish I could say it was a pleasure). Got through it only by having someone yell at me. Cheers.

Michael Adrian: 25:21 w/scaled rope climes, 25kg push press, and singles. I have to agree with Scott R. that the forward rolls really sucked. The burpees were tough, especially after the push presses.
