As for the chatting, I actually thought we were more focused today than normal... figuring out weights proves to be difficult for me too, especially when you have to get creative with how you combine them

Strength:  55kg- down 5kg from a few weeks ago, but I fixed some things with my form

WOD:  11:21- I figured out how to not &quot;crash the car&quot;, but now I just need to scale more appropriately.  Tomorrow is another day...]]></description>
