LBBS: 90kg (failed gracefully at 100kg)
WOD: 4+28 Rx
Ring dips need some work.
Another hot and humid one in the gym. Great to see so many people in the 6am. Great work!
LBBS: 65 kg
WOD: 3 + 16, a blue and a red band for pull-ups, and two red bands for the dips with a 10 # ball.
I seriously lost about 5 #’s of sweat this morning and that cold shower never felt so good!
Fact: It will take me longer to run the B.A.A. Half Marathon than it did for the race to sell out!
LBBS: 120kg
WOD: 3+1 using purple band for ring dips. It was so warm in the box this morning that any chalk on my hands for pull-ups just turned to a slippery paste on the bar.
Fun times, fun times.
LBBS: 87kg
WOD: 5 + 1 (red band for pullups and ring dips; 20# wallball)
Ditto on the ridiculous heat and humidity today – hopefully it’ll rain to clear the air. Also just registered for the BAA 1/2 Marathon!
LBBS: 60 kg
WOD: Exercised for 10 minutes!
(Arms are ridiculously sore from Monday so I completed a variety of cross fit movements as Erika creatively tried to think of things I could do that wouldn’t hurt too much!)
LBBS: 110kg
WOD: 4+17 Rx
Just an outrageous amount of sweat.
LBBS: 73 kg…and a personal record…gotta love my SNYDER LEGS. WHOOMP.
WOD: 4+11…partial RX…#14 wall balls but two red bands for pull ups and one red band for ring dips.
WHO DOESN’T LIKE TO SWEAT?
Had fun in the 7:30, it’s not my usual time.
MANDY BROWN, I MISS YOU ALREADY. Love the pic of Joe running. My new goal is to look like that, running. SPEED.
LBBS: 73kg…love having to chase the one and only Ms. Brooke Snyder in weights. Now if only I had the Snyder genetics
WOD: 3+18 RX!! first WOD with ring dips since the epic volume training madness…still going to continue volume training in order to get bigger sets. Pull Ups and wall balls were unbroken except for an air ball in the last round
now I’m off to california to visit the fam. see you next tuesday!
PS: ANYONE AND EVERYONE SHOULD WORK OUT ON FRIDAY.
Although I am texting you as we speak, I must go on record here. SO PROUD OF YOU FOR RX’ing this workout. Never EVER forget how far you’ve come as a fantastic coach and athlete.
Friday’s WOD is in honor of Mandy’s Birthday. She doesn’t know this yet, she’s taking me and Er in her suitcase. WE ARE CARRY ONS. WE COME WITH GOOD SNACKS.
So, this would be me, but in real life. I thought everyone knew it was a bday WOD. I’m the worst.

LBBS: 90 kg
WOD: 4 + 5 Rx
happy with both aspects of the class today! although i missed the BAA registration (so if you have a number and can’t make the run, let me know).
LBBS: 82kg
WOD: 2 + 25 (red band for ring dips)
I don’t know why but I enjoy ring dips. One day I’m going to come in and just ring dip it out for like 15 mins.
LBBS: 82kg – felt amazing!
WOD: 3+8 – blue band on both the pullups and ring dips. first time on the 14# ball in months. still missing reps each round, but getting some good work done.
Jen, you were a ROCK STAR!!! I was so impressed. Thanks for all of your encouragement. I really appreciate it!!
Hells yeah Alissa! Was hella fun working with you today. You’re stronger than you think!
LBBS – 160kg!
WOD – 4+16 w/ banded dips. I really need to work on those darn ring dips. Plus I caught one of my wall balls with my face…so that happened.
beast!
lbbs: 110kg, pretty sure this is a PR
wod: 5+16 rx
Woo, I was soaked coming in from the rain and it just got worse!
LBBS at 47lbs, which was a PR
WOD – 3+8 – 10lb wall balls; 1 red and 1 blue for pullups (woohoo, got rid of one red) and one blue for ring dips. Wall balls surprisingly felt good but push ups were the limiting factor.
LBBS: 90kg (PR) (hadn’t done these in 5 months, but beat my old PR by 10kg)
WOD: 3 + 20 (RXed pull-ups and dips; used 16# WB as I’m working my way up to 20#)
Oh and I signed up for a half-marathon today. What??? I used to hate marathoners.
LBBS: 120 KG
WOD: 5 + 22 RX
