Eric is out of town for a few days and he put ME in charge of the blog…silly Ginger. So I’m going to start off my temporary control of the blog with something equally silly: GIFs. (aka: moving pictures)

If not I highly suggest wasting some time laughing at those. BUT save some time for the CrossFit version. WOD: 10:53 Rx @ 85kg – I could’ve shaved minutes off my time, and I not been trying to keep myself from getting sick. I’m never WODing hungover again. Lesson learned!
I’ve made that vow a few times, and I always meant it.
SnDL: 60kg PR. Probably could’ve done more, but I hadn’t worked on them in a long time so I started too light.
WOD: 11:18 Rx+ (I did 60kg on the DL).
Erika finally figured out how to make my weird, disproportionate legs do what they are supposed to in a DL!

What did the 4th of July fun say to the Crossfitter? Chocolate chip banana bread goggles. I won’t even list off the other goodies here, and yes, it was worth it. If it weren’t for my sister telling me how great the WOD was, I would have opted for Hot Yoga tonight. Nep. (Like Yep, but Nope. I just made that up)

WOD: 7:51 RX + @ 90 KG – truth is I was too lazy to strip plates.
SDL: 75kg – PR
WOD: 13:46 @ 68kg and 24kg KB. Rx weight, but couldn’t swing the kb overhead for rounds 4 and 5. First time with a 24kg kb in a WOD. Definitely got the better of me. DLs went well, especially after I switched to the asymetric grip. Burpees unbroken. Thanks for the coaching Stacy!

WOD: 10:00 @ 70kg and 20kg KB. The 24kg KB is brutal for me. Gotta get my tiny self to work up to it.
