EMPOM 15 – ring dips
WOD – 8:11 Rx
Happy Birthday Stacey
Nice work 5:30
Happy Birthday Stacey! You’re lucky that Eric did not list all of your favorite foods otherwise you’d be swimming in wonderful cupcakes among other goodies. (Which by the way, thank you friends, it was like it was my birthday too) Paleo has never looked so pretty after a long hiatus.
EMPOM 15 – ring dips, thanks Stacey for challenging me with the red band (one knee and down to just one of the sides of the band)
WOD – 12:21, still haven’t worked my way up to a #14 lb wall ball, but it’s on the list! Toes to bar are quite fun and I look forward to stringing them together as opposed to the awkward kip I do. Adie is my inspiration!
Great work everyone and welcome back Christina!
Nothing for you, Mandy.
happy birthday stacey, it’s good to have you back!
volume training- pullups with a (new) red band
wod- 11:26, 10# med ball, knees almost to elbows
EMPOM 15: Pull-ups
WOD – 12:20 (RX)
Way to go guys1
happy birthday, Stacey! great to have you back…
EMOM 15 – pullups w/ a green band. haven’t done these in a while, per the bum shoulder. felt really good today.
WOD – 11:33 (scaled, of course)
Happy Bday, Stacey!
EMOM 15 – push-ups; I behaved myself and did my “goat” instead of something more fun. Massive improvement. Last time I did EMOM 15 with push-ups, I did them all from my knees!
WOD: 15:11 Rx
My first go-round with a 14# med ball, which was not as bad as I feared though I had a couple no-reps (yarr). Really liked this WOD, even though I couldn’t catch my breath the whole time!
Happy Birthday Stacey! It was nice seeing you around this afternoon.
EMOM 15: HSPU’s – Last 3 rds were tough.
WOD: 10:30 Rx. Did not attempt to kip my T2B’s because my hands are still a little sensitive, but it was actually the wall balls that slowed me down today. That last round was really tough for some reason.
Loved the music today, Joe! Keep it heavy!
15 emom: pull ups with two red bands, gotta work on not kipping!
WOD: 14:41, something about this just killed my lungs.
And happy birthday Stacey!!!
EMOM 15: HSPUs
WOD: 17:14 – I’d like to say it was Rx, but my toes weren’t really “to the bar”, they were just “very near the bar”.
