Blake — 43:02 (14# WB)
In your honor, SCPO McLendon.
As many of you now know, today I’m packing up the “Call Me Maybe” show and moving down the road to Providence. I can hardly wrap my head around how much I’m going to miss being at CFF and have thoroughly enjoyed our time together. I first came here because I was bored with life in general and looking to do something I could be proud of; to say I found it in CrossFit and my family at Fenway is an understatement.
Having said all that, I’m only an hour away so this isn’t goodbye, just see you later. Please keep in touch; you can find me on The Face Page or at scrappyoleary@gmail.com.
I wish all of you the best and am so grateful to have had these experiences here. Be well.
Scrappy don’t go! I was bummed to hear today was your last day but happy I was able to honor SCPO Blake along side you. It is hard to imagine CFF without you. I have always found your work ethic inspirational. To say you will be missed is an understatement. I wish you the best in Providence. Have a great summer.

RIP SCPO Blake

Stay awkward, my friend.
Awwww you aren’t even in my regular classes and I’m going to miss you! You’re synonymous with CFF!
Best of luck in Providence!
My apologies to the AM classes, as a typo added an extra round to Blake this morning. The workout is 4 rounds, not 5. Way to scale up for Scrappy’s last day!
I also apologize for those who fought me on it and I shut down quickly, 4 rounds was correct. YOU ARE NOW FITTER.
Scrappy you are unstoppable.
Blake (first time): 28:40 w/1 abmat

Scrappy, even though we weren’t in many of the same classes, I’ve always read your comments on the blog and you have been a huge inspiration to me! Best of luck in Providence, and I know we’ll still be seeing a lot of you!

The walking lunges were more difficult than I thought.
Scrappy you will be missed! I’m sure we’ll be seeing you around.
