Football season ended last Sunday night, but we’re going to try and hold onto that gridiron state of mind for one more day. Football Gone Bad was programmed on July 16, 2010. Between then and now, think of how much fitter, more skilled, and what better understanding you have of each of these movements. Consider this as you set your goal score and prepare to reach it.

WOD: Football Gone Bad
In this workout you move through five stations for one minute each for three rounds. A one minute break is allowed between rounds. The stations are:
1. Dumbbell Thrusters (45#/35#)
2. Box Jumps, 20″
4. Double Unders
5. Calorie Row
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of “rotate” you must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep.
CrossFit Fenway has a few teams entered in the Charles River CrossFit Grand Opening Tournament this Saturday, February 12th. Events are set to kick off at 9 AM. If you can make it out to Needham, there’s plenty of free parking, so head over and support our teams in their snatch, clean and jerk efforts.
Help defend our title. Nominate CrossFit Fenway as the Best Health Club in Boston in the Boston Phoenix 2011 Best Poll. Go here and fill in CrossFit Fenway in the text box next to health club (once a day per e-mail address).
