Karen is like rowing a 2k, but with the erg fighting back.  It’s the same move over, and over, and over, and over, and over again 150 times.  We last saw her on April 2nd.  The target hasn’t gotten any lower, and the standards for the movement haven’t gotten any less stringent, but let’s see if you can step up the weight, and cut down the time this Friday.

    OK…so the time sucks, and the last 15 felt like rocks were being thrown at me, but I did it. Huge thanks to both the 6:30 and 7:30 (including Joe) crews for their support, and Stace for the “brain worms.” Also thanks to Eric, for challenging me to do it in the first place…my love to all.

      Well Karen, not only have you made most parts of my body sore, but I think you might make me start to develop adult onset acne, seeing as I tried to throw the last 30 dirt-covered wallballs with my face.

    Shoulder still hurting, so instead of 150 wall balls, I had 150 front squats at 35kg (per Joe’s suggestion). Wall balls don’t look fun, but neither are 150 front squats.
