		<description>FS: 60kg (not fail, so I might have a little more in me)

WOD: First time doing ring dips! Woo-Hoo. 3 rounds.

Ring Dips: A little disappointed started out with purple, then went down to green. :0 I lost a lot of time trying to get INTO the ring dips.  Something to definitely work on!
Box HSPU.  
Pull-ups: My pull-ups have improved and have gone to one band- purple-....so I am WAY siked about that, plus that I can get into it band without assistance. I think I want to try Reds.. but I&#039;m a little scared. We shall see.....</description>
