Strength: Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3
WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
5 dumbbell push jerks (50#/35#)
7 box jumps (30″/24″)

Damn, that’s heavy. Remember, the mainsite athletes got 23 rounds on this one. Push yourself.
This one is heavier and higher than you think you can handle, but you are stronger than you think. The 5:30 class really embraced that idea by scaling up DURING the WOD – almost everyone jumped 5# to 10# per DB in the middle of the workout. Take a weight that you are worried about in warmups, and stick to it. You’ll find a way to keep getting it overhead, 5 reps at a time.

100kg x 3 front squat; 14 rounds rx’ed. Former 1 rep pr was 215 lbs front squat.
38.5 kg front squat. Seeing as I couldn’t do much lifting for so long, I’ll take it, especially since it’s 0.5kg over my previous PR.
WOD: 11+2 box jumps
20kg barbell (easier on the poor shoulder); 20″ box with 20kg plate.
Oh man is jumping on the plate hard :(

13 rounds +1 PJ. Rx. Possibly could have done another round if I didn’t biff hard on one of the box jumps.
100kg front squat
9 rounds + 1 PJ (Rx) – Pretty pathetic….got gassed really fast on the PJ’s, it felt really heavy… I was pretty much push pressing because my dumbell jerks are awful
