Chalk Monsters

Substitute Teacher = killed by chalk

Substitute Teacher = Killed by Chalk

Proper Use of Chalk

1.  Place hands in chalk bucket

2.  Pinch a small amount of chalk in your palm

3.  Rub your hands together while still in the bucket

4.  Make sure there is no loose chalk on your hands

5.  Give a clap…and if you have created chalk dust do 100 burpees

Let’s take it easy on the chalk.  It makes the gym dirty quick, it is not pleasant for inhaling, and it might kill someone…

WOD:  CHRISTINE

Complete 3 rounds for time of:
Row 500m
12 bodyweight deadlifts
21 box jumps (24″/20″)

    Despite a near visit from Mr. Pukie (lol), absolute blast during today’s workout. That said, I think we may need to consider starting a petition against the Bear Crawl . . . and his vastly uglier friend, the Reverse Bear Crawl!

    It’s going to be in the balmy mid 40s tomorrow, hope to see a lot of you at the Invasion. :)

    Be careful trash talking the workout, stacey will make you do burpees at work. Christine was mean today but a great way to finish the week. I was happy to get some rowing in. 11:56 as RX’d

    Looking forward to the invasion. Great work out today. My time today for the WOD was 10 seconds faster than WELLEMEYER would have done it…….
