It’s another Friday, and another girl at CrossFit Fenway. Annie is a fast girl, and presents another great opportunity to use the double-unders we’ve been practicing. Before we get to Annie though, we’re going to be working overhead with the push jerk. This time we’ll be pushing the limit, trying to find a very heavy single, if not our one rep max. It’s going to be a good day.

Programming Note: As we plan our compact holiday schedule for this Monday, we appreciate the feedback we’ve received thus far.
