This would be a great spot for one of those inspirational posters with skydivers on it. Anyway, Webster’s defines a team as a number of persons associated together in work or activity, and teamwork as work done by several associates with each doing a part but all subordinating personal prominence to the efficiency of the whole.

Tomorrow we’re going to be associating you together and asking you to work as efficiently as possible to row 1,250 meters each, while a barbell is kept overhead by the team member not rowing. The faster you row, the less time your teammate has to hold that bar up. Row as quickly as you can to benefit the whole of the team.
Speaking of teamwork, check out this piece in the CrossFit Journal about our team here at CrossFit Fenway getting this place up and running. The teaser for part 1 can be found here in Windows Media Player format, and here in Quicktime Player format. Like I said, this is part 1, so more to come.

Looking better naked is a goal for some CrossFitters, but if you want to be as stylin' as this guy you should pick up a CrossFit Fenway t-shirt (not pictured). If you'd like one e-mail info@CrossFitFenway.com

Programming Note: We will be running a compact holiday schedule this Monday, January 18th in observance of Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. We will be running classes open to all members, like our invasions. Please post to comments, or stop by to tell us which 1 hour time slot works best for you, so we can set the schedule, which will be posted this weekend for Monday.

So the WOD at crossfit.com looks crazy today:
Three rounds for time of:
Walk on hands, 100 feet
Hold handstand against wall for two minutes
15 Handstand push-ups
BUT – Even more exciting, CrossFitFenway is featured today!!!

Good thing we’ve been working on being on our head or hands.
Any time the T is running works for me on Monday!
CFF, nice look you have on the HQ today. Congratulations.
I like early in the morning, preferably 6:30.
I don’t get Monday off…so 7:30am or late afternoon/evening would be best for me. I’m prob outnumbered tho so no worries if you all want to sleep a bit later on your day off!
I don’t get Monday off either, so my vote would be for something in the morning: 530am (if need be) or 630am, or anything after 5pm.
Also, I’m glad you guys didn’t choose your original location near the Banknorth Garden, otherwise I never would have started crossfit!
