Beginnings are not, in my experience, dramatic. They simply require that I set an intention – right now – to begin… and then align my choices and actions with my intentions.

We’re working on it, Jay. I’d say the schedule will be posted sometime before opening day – or maybe ON Opening Day. When would YOU like to be coming to work out? This is your opportunity to have the schedule be all about you!
